Who is eligible to purchase?

Everyone in the UK is eligible to purchase through our website.

What is the charge for delivery?

Delivery is just £3.50 to the general public, and FREE of charge for Blue Light Card holders working in the NHS, Social Care, Emergency Services and Armed Forces.

Why is FREE delivery only offered to Blue Light Card holders and not open to all?

We know, particularly during the pandemic, people working in the NHS, Social Care, Emergency Services and Armed Forces have limited opportunities to shop for supplies given typically long shift working hours. We’re therefore offering free delivery to ensure those still doing so much for the country have easy access to our products so they can cook convenient and tasty meals at home.

Can I buy Princes products online if I’m not a Blue Light Card holder?

Yes of course. Princes bundles are available to everyone and with free delivery to Blue light card holders.

I don’t like one of the products in the bundle, can I swap it for another one?

The first bundle we’ve launched includes our best-loved Princes Family Favourites. We‘re working hard to add more bundles, but in the meantime, sorry, we are not able to change or swap any of the products.

When are you going to sell a wider range?

We’re listening to our customers, reading what they have to say, and are already working on adding further bundles to the website in the coming weeks and months – watch this space!

Why isn’t my Blue Light Card discount working?

You can’t use a discount code that you’ve used before to get free delivery, so you need to make sure you have a valid Blue Light Card discount code generated

You add your discount code during the checkout process and then click ‘apply’ – only then will the discount be applied to your order.

Can I change my delivery address after checkout?

If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.

Can I have the delivery sent to someone else?

We understand you may not be home to take delivery yourself so we can deliver to another address for you. Please include this address at the checkout.

I am socially distancing/shielding, how do you ensure safe delivery of the bundles?

We are working with our delivery service providers who provide contact free delivery.

My delivery hasn’t arrived, what do I do?
